Small Group Tutoring
Small Group Tutoring for Collaborative Learning
Treetop Tutoring’s small group tutoring program provides students with structured academic support in a collaborative learning environment. Designed for students in grades 2–12, these sessions allow learners to build academic skills while interacting with peers who are working toward similar goals.
Each small group session is led by an experienced tutor and typically includes only a few students per group, allowing for individual attention while encouraging discussion and teamwork. Students receive support in math, reading, science, English Language Arts (ELA), and study skills, helping them strengthen foundational knowledge while improving problem-solving abilities.
Small group tutoring can be especially beneficial for students who learn well through interaction and discussion. Working alongside peers can increase motivation, reinforce understanding of concepts, and create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
Like all of our programs, small group tutoring begins with an assessment of each student’s academic needs, allowing tutors to ensure that students are placed in groups that match their skill level and learning goals.
Sessions are available virtually or in person, providing flexibility for families while maintaining the same level of academic support and guidance.
Our small group tutoring program helps students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and stay engaged in their learning journey.
